YUFFEN
Highly conductive nickel/copper or silver plated polyester or nylon fabric over an open celled urethane core. Many profiles are available including rectangular, D shape and low compression/deflection C shape seals. These provide an excellent EMI gasket with low compression set and excellent abrasion resistance for high cycling and wiping applications. Most meet UL94V-0 and are available as strips, cut to length or die cut.
The conductive foam is characterized by:
*Available in thicknesses of 0.5MM~20MM
*Several layers can be joined together for thickness, on request
*Excellent electric conductivity throughout the material
*Excellent electromagnetic shielding effect
*High workability due to adhesion
*Easy die cutting, kiss cutting and slitting
*Size - Sheet type: max 950 x 950 mm (other sizes on request).
