Teflon Tape Introduced

Teflon tape, also known as Teflon tape, Teflon adhesive tape, Teflon adhesive tape, PTFE tape, etc., is processed by using imported glass fiber yarn and coating Teflon (PTFE) resin.

Teflon tape has a smooth surface, has good adhesive resistance, chemical resistance and high temperature resistance and excellent insulation performance, high temperature resistance, at 250 °C high temperature, continuous placement for 200 days, not only the strength will not become lower, and the weight will not be reduced, placed at 350 °C high temperature for 120H, the weight is only reduced by about 0.6%, and the original flexibility can be maintained at -180 °C ultra-low temperature.

Teflon tape is generally 1 meter wide and 50 meters long per roll. Teflon tape has three colors: coffee, black and white, and can be cut into various widths, and produce adhesive tapes of various thicknesses according to customer requirements, with a common thickness of 0.13-0.4MM. The use of Teflon tape can save the complicated process of spraying PTFE anti-stick coating on the surface of the dryer, and also play an anti-stick role, the Teflon material (i.e. PTFE) on the surface of the tape has good anti-sticking, smooth and wear-resistant, and the back silicone is resistant to high temperature, and the paste is firm and will not peel off. Long service life, easy to use, no need to disassemble and carry the dryer drum, on-site paste anti-adhesive tape to the surface of the dryer drum can be used normally.

Teflon Tape Applications:

1. Teflon tape is used for gasket seals and lubricating materials working in various media, as well as electrical insulators, capacitor dielectrics, and instrumentation insulation at various frequencies.

2. Teflon tape is widely used in packaging, thermoplastic, composite, sealing and heat sealing, electronic and electrical industries, and can be pasted in all parts that need anti-adhesive heat sealing, corrosion-resistant insulation, etc., and has the function of repeated pasting.
