The role of fluorinated release films

At present, it is mainly the carrier of adhesive tape or adhesive products that are widely used.

During the die-cutting process, the release film usually encounters the following problems

1: After the tape is laminated with the release film machine, when getting rid of it, part of the tape is reversed, and there is a "pop" and "pop" sound.

Reason: The sound made when getting rid of it is caused by the excessive release force of the release film at first, followed by the uneven glue mixing.

2: cause anti-gotten, the raw materials that should be gotten rid of are not gotten rid of

Cause: The direct cause of anti-release is the irrational combination of the release force of the PET release film. Due to the unqualified original inspection of the release film, the incomplete inspection machinery and equipment, and the unstable production process, the release force of the release film of this specification and model will be uneven and fluctuate.

3: After punching and cutting, the release film and tape cannot be removed after being placed for a period of time

Reason: After placement, the tape and the release film cannot be removed, which is generally the reason for uneven glue mixing, and the release force in some areas is not enough, resulting in the tape cannot be removed.

4: The release film leads to electrostatic induction during the unwinding process, resulting in dust adsorption

Reason: It is not carried out in the clean workshop, to solve the dust difficulties, one is to equip the clean workshop, production and processing in the clean workshop, and the other is to use antistatic PET release film raw materials.

How fluorine release films are used together

Fluorine release film can be used with silica gel, because silica gel and silicon release film are prone to chemical reactions, and fluorine can effectively isolate silica gel molecules.

The silicone release film is generally used with acrylic glue, which can play a good role in the penetration of the molecules of the isolation glue, and can easily peel off the double-sided tape from the release film.

1. When the single piece of glue for single die-cutting products is less than 10 mm, the release force ratio of the release film should be increased.

2. The function of the release film is to isolate the penetration of double-sided tape molecules and produce release force, but the thicker the double-sided tape coating, the greater the fluidity of the glue, and the stability of the release force will be relatively low, so the release film ratio should also be increased.

In the selection of die-cutting materials: generally silicone tape with fluorine release film, and acrylic tape with silicone oil film, of course, the materials selected for different products will be different.
